How do I choose the right GSM fabric for wine totes?
GSM refers to fabric weight and thickness. At 100 GSM, bags tend to wear faster and lose structure over time. At 120 GSM, the fabric can feel too stiff and does not fold or store easily. We use 110 GSM because it provides the best balance of durability, structure, and flexibility for repeated use in wineries and shops.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Is there a setup fee for custom printing?
No. Everything is included in the price. What you see is what you get, with no hidden fees or add ons.
Why are your minimum order quantities so low?
We sell direct and handle printing in house, which removes distributor and setup overhead. That allows us to offer lower minimums without increasing pricing or cutting quality.
How much does shipping cost?
California orders ship free via UPS Ground. Everything else is a flat $15, regardless of order size.
